If you're anything like I was, you probably have a great life. A good career. A tight circle of friends. Maybe a loving and happy relationship. But something was still missing. No matter how much time I spent at the gym, money wasted on personal trainers, or month after month eating "clean," my body seemed so out of my control. I HATE feeling out of control! On the outside, it looked like I had It all! But the reality: I was suffering in silence with my body image, and my self-esteem. Through my own lifestyle and body transformation, I found a new confidence and love for everything that life has to offer! |
MY OWN FITNESS JOURNEY DIDN'T START OUT EASYIt wasn’t long ago that I was right where you are.
I always felt so insecure in groups of people who were in much better shape than me. Completely embarrassed to take off my shirt at the beach. I HATED the way my belly bulged out of the top of my board shorts. Yeah – boardies. I would have NEVER been caught dead in a speedo back then. (Fast forward… I may or may not own a few speedos now). I was constantly trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. How do I work so hard at the gym and eat a strict “clean” diet but never see any change?! So... I GET IT. It freakin SUCKS. Moments of pain, disappointment, and defeat. Days I couldn’t drag myself to the gym, and emotional binge-eating that set me back even farther. I felt like there was nothing I could do to lose weight. AND THEN I learned how to TAKE CONTROL of my body to get the results I’d been chasing for years. It all came down to TWO THINGS. INFORMATION & ACCOUNTABILITY. I had the motivation but was lacking the right information to apply to my program. Once I studied nutrition for weight loss and bodybuilding, it was the first time in my life that I found science interesting haha! And accountability – I got better holding myself accountable using various apps and spread-sheets (yes – I’m an Excel nerd). If you’re busting your ass and not seeing consistent progress, you’re probably just missing a little bit of info like I was. But here's the great news. By working with a coach who has been where you are… walked the walk… failed over and over again… and then figured out and applied what actually works to get solid results… You’re basically hopping on the Express Train to get to your destination in a fraction of the time. (Side note…. I work with a physique coach for my own fitness and nutrition. Talk about a game changer! He has helped me step things up and gives no-BS and unbiased feedback on my progress. My goal while we work together over the coming weeks is not only to help you transform your body with sustainable results, but to educate you along the way. We will work together through my THREE PHASE SYSTEM to form a lifestyle of intentional habits and decisions so that at some point - you will no longer need my guidance.

BUT BUT BUT..... WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I SIGN UP?
EVALUATION AND EXPECTATIONS: The first thing we will do is sit down together and talk about where you are, and where you'd like to be. Let's see what's been working for you, and what hasn't. We will set REALISTIC expectations for the course of our 90 days together.
CUSTOM WORKOUTS AND APP: You'll receive your custom workout program through my INTERACTIVE APP. The app allows you to track your weight, progress photos, workout data (sets, reps, rest, PRs).
NUTRITION STRATEGY and eBOOK: You'll receive a custom nutrition strategy and my GAYNZ in 90 DAYS eBook, which breaks down my THREE PHASE SYSTEM and gives you a simple crash course in nutrition and resistance training.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS: Each week we evaluate your progress and adherence together, to make sure we've got you doing things you enjoy and can actually stick with. We'll make small adjustments as needed to make sure we can move along to the next phase of your transformation.
ZOOM COACHING CALLS: In addition to 1 on 1 support from your coach, I host a weekly team Zoom call to check in and see how your week is going, and how I can help you progress towards your goals. You'll get to know other clients within the Gaynz community, gain support and encouragment from your peers, and learn some cool stuff.
PRIVATE CLIENT SUPPORT GROUP: This is a private Facebook group of like-minded individuals, with similar goals. Only our Gaynz clients have access to this group. Here you will share your WINS, ask any questions, and find resources that will help you along your journey. A fitness journey can feel lonely at times, but not when you have a community to back you up with support and encouragement!
HAS IT REALLY BEEN 90 DAYS ALREADY? As we approach the end of your 90 day program, we will revaluate your progress and your goals. At this point we will discuss the next steps. Maybe you'll want to keep the momentum going and add on some more time. Maybe you'll set new goals, and we adjust course to tackle those. Or maybe you've learned enough during our time together, that you want to continue your fitness journey alone... Armed with the power of what you've learned and the confidence to go KICK ASS on your own!
